Delivery & Returns
UK Delivery
All UK orders are shipped using tracked courier services. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email.
- Standard Shipping: 3–5 working days, free on UK orders.
- Express Shipping: 1–2 working days, £7.95.
Please allow up to 2 working days for order processing before dispatch.
International Delivery
We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and delivery times typically range from 5–10 working days. Any applicable duties or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Online Returns
Online suit orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the suit has not been tailored or altered.
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging. Any suit that has been tailored or altered is non-returnable and non-refundable.
Returns can be sent by post or brought to our studio. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please contact Hello@suitd.uk before posting your return or visiting the studio.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
