Returns Policy

Online suit orders may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the suit has not been tailored or altered.

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original condition and packaging
• A valid proof of purchase is required
• Any suit that has been tailored or altered is non-returnable and non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

UK Shipping

All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via tracked courier services to ensure secure and timely delivery. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking details via email.

• Standard Shipping (3–5 working days): FREE on all UK orders
• Express Shipping (1–2 working days): £7.95

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

• All duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If your unaltered online order is eligible under our returns policy, please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size or style you require.
